【摘要】:1GeneralStandardsofEN50083seriesdealwithcablenetworksfortelevisionsignals,soundsignalsandinteractiveservicesincludingequipment,systemsandinstallations·forheadend-reception,processinganddistributionofsoundandtelevisionsignalsandtheirassociateddatasignalsand·forprocessing,interfacingandtransmittingallkindsofsignalsforinteractiveservicesusingallapplicabletransmissionmedia.Allkindsofnetworkslike·CATV-networks·MATV-andSMATV-networks·individualreceivingnetworksandallkindsofequipment,systemsandinstallationsinstalledinsuchnetworks,arewithinthisscopeTheextentofthisstandardisationworkisfromtheantennas,specialsignalsourceinputstotheheadendorotherinterfacepointstothenetworkuptothesystemoutletortheterminalinput,wherenosystemoutletexists.Thestandardisationofanyuserterminals(i.e.tuners,receivers,decoders,multimediaterminalsetc.)aswellasofanycoaxialandopticalcablesandaccessoriesthereforisexcluded.2Specificscopeofthispart8Thisstandardappliestotheradiationcharacteristicsandimmunitytoelectromagneticdisturbanceofcablenetworksfortelevisionsignals,soundsignalsandinteractiveservicesandcoversthefrequencyrange0,15MHzto3,0GHz.ThisstandardspecifiesEMCperformancerequirementsandlaysdownthemethodsofmeasurement.Cablenetworksbeyondthesystemoutlets(e.g.thereceiverlead,insimplestterms)whichbeginatthesystemoutletandendatthesubscriber'sterminalequipmentshallcomplywiththeserecommendationsprovidedthatnootherspecificprovisionsapply.RequirementsfortheelectromagneticcompatibilityofreceiverleadsarelaiddowninEN60966-2-4,EN60966-2-5andEN60966-2-6.Tominimisetheriskofinterferencetootherradioservicescausedbypossibleradiationfromacablenetworkandtolimitthepossiblepenetrationofexternalsignalswhichmayinterferewiththeoperationofanetwork,itisnecessarynotonlytouseequipmentwhichsatisfiestherequirementsofEN50083-2regardinglimitsofradiationandofimmunitytoexternalfieldsbutalsotoensuretheintegrityofallcableconnectionsoneachitemofactiveorpassivecablenetworkequipment.Cablenetworksemployingcoaxialcablescanbeasourceofinterferencetoawiderangeofservicesthatutilisetheradiofrequencyspectrum.Theseincludenotonlytheemergencyservices,safetyoflife,broadcasting,aeronauticalandradionavigationservicesbutalsolandmobile,amateurandcellularradioservices.Asexistingandplannedradioservicesneedtobeprotected,radiationlimitsspecifiedforcablenetworksshouldcompliedwith.Additionalprotectionforcertainservicesmayberequiredbynationalregulations.
