【摘要】:Thistestmethodenablesdynamicthermalresponsecomparisonsbetweendirectthermalpapers.Thistestmethodmakescomparisonsbetweenandwithinthermalpaperproductionlotsfromthesamemanufacturer.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthethermalresponseofdirectthermalpaperstodetermineuniformitywithinandbetweenlots.Thistestmethodmayalsobeusedtotestdirectthermalproductsotherthanpaper.1.2TheHobart18VPThermalLabelPrinterdescribedinthistestmethodmaybeusedforspecificationacceptance,productdevelopmentorresearchapplications,orboth,andmanufacturingcontrol.1.3Althoughaspecificmanufacturerhasbeenidentifiedforthisequipment,anythermallabelprinterwithequivalentsignaloutputcapabilitiesandsamplesizerequirementswouldbesuitable.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.(Warning8212;Thistestmethodrequiresmakingpoweradjustmentsandtriggerprintingwhiletheprotectivecoverisoff,therebyexposingtheusertoelectricalhazards.)
