【摘要】:Thesetestmethodsareintendedmainlyforrefereepurposesbutmaybeusedforqualitycontrolofmasterbatchproduction.Theymayalsobeusedinresearchanddevelopmentworkandforcomparisonofdifferentrubbersamplesinastandardformula.Thesetestmethodsmayalsobeusedtoobtainvaluesforcustomeracceptanceofrubber.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverthestandardmaterials,testformula,mixingprocedures,andtestmethodsfortheevaluationandproductioncontrolofpigmentedtypesofstyrene-butadienerubbers(SBR).ThisincludesthepigmentedSBRoilmasterbatches.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
