【摘要】:ThispartofISO14121establishesgeneralprinciplesintendedtobeusedtomeettheriskreductionobjectivesestablishedinISO12100-1:2003,Clause5.Theseprinciplesofriskassessmentbringtogetherknowledgeandexperienceofthedesign,use,incidents,accidentsandharmrelatedtomachineryinordertoassesstherisksposedduringtherelevantphasesofthelifecycleofamachine.ThispartofISO14121providesguidanceontheinformationthatwillberequiredtoenableriskassessmenttobecarriedout.Proceduresaredescribedforidentifyinghazardsandestimatingandevaluatingrisk.Italsogivesguidanceonthemakingofdecisionsrelatingtothesafetyofmachineryandonthetypeofdocumentationrequiredtoverifytheriskassessmentcarriedout.Itisnotapplicabletorisksposedtodomesticanimals,propertyortheenvironment.
