【摘要】:ThispartofBS8486specifiesonemeansofdeterminingcompliancewiththeprovisionsforexamination,testingandrecordingresultsfornewhydraulicliftsspecifiedinBSEN81-2:1998,beforebeingputintoservice.ThispartofBS8486doesnotcoverthefollowingtypesofliftorliftequipment:a)electricliftsconformingtoBSEN81-1;NOTE1ElectricliftsarecoveredinBS8486-1.b)ProgrammableElectronicSystemsinSafetyRelatedApplicationsforLifts(PESSRAL).NOTE2Duetothevariednatureofsuchequipmentthemanufacturersofthesesystemsshouldprovidefulldetailsofthemeansbywhichitcanbetested.Sinceonsitetestingmightnotbepracticalorpossible,thismaybeverificationofdesignascertifiedbythepartyresponsibleforqualityassuranceundertheLiftsRegulations1997[1].ThispartofBS8486alsospecifiesameansofdeterminingcompliancewiththeprovisionsforexaminationandtestingofhydraulicliftsspecifiedin:1)BSEN81-28:2003;2)BSEN81-70:2003;3)BSEN81-71:2005;4)BSEN81-72:2003;5)BSEN81-73:2005.
